Christmas Recognition Day Sat 12th Dec

Its our last day before Christmas and all the gymnasts are eager to “show off” their new skills and routines from this term.

During each class, the various groups will have a “show and tell” time guided by their coach. Perhaps you will see a back flip , or a controlled walk along the beam. You may see a few leg swings on pommels or a handspring on vault or our GymAbility © group standing tall and saying their names in a loud voice !

Whatever you see, everyone deserves to receive thunderous applause and amazing words of praise from their family and friends.

So, bring the camera and the video and all the family to share the fun.

Usual class times apply.

No tea/coffee available due to space issues.
